These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gr777 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, account features and any other services offered by gr777 at https://gr777.vip (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and gr777.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing a bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

gr777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

To open an account and use the gr777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform: (a) you must be at least 21 years of age; (b) you must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited; (c) you must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party; (d) you must not be a current employee, officer, director or agent of gr777 or any affiliate; and (e) you must not have been previously excluded from the Platform by gr777.

gr777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be in breach of the age eligibility requirement will be immediately suspended, any funds within the account frozen pending investigation, and all winnings generated while the account was in breach may be forfeited.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date. gr777 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided at registration or during the use of the Platform.

All financial transactions on the gr777 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gr777 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and selected Bangladesh bank transfers. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with gr777's KYC procedures.

Deposits made by a player must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. gr777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. Where a mismatch between the account holder and the payment method owner is detected, gr777 reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation and to return funds to their original source.

All games available on the gr777 Platform — including live casino games, slots, fishing games and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet or wager.

Game outcomes on the gr777 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for casino and slot games, and by real-world events for sports betting markets. gr777 does not manipulate, adjust or influence game outcomes in any way. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, gr777's system logs shall be the definitive record.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server interruptions, software errors or connectivity failures — any affected bets or rounds will be settled in accordance with gr777's technical malfunction policy. Where a game cannot be completed due to a technical fault, gr777 will return the stake to the player's account. gr777 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gr777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform vulnerabilities
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to process proceeds of criminal activity through your account
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals or disputed transaction claims in bad faith against any deposit made to your gr777 account
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during the KYC verification process

gr777 employs a combination of automated monitoring tools and human review to detect prohibited conduct. Players who are found to have engaged in prohibited conduct waive any right to funds held in their account at the time of suspension, including cash balances, bonus balances and pending withdrawals.

All content on the gr777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, data compilations and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of gr777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, transmit or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gr777.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and gr777, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the gr777 support channel at [email protected]. gr777's decision on matters of game outcomes, account activity and bonus eligibility, supported by its system records, shall be final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
